REGISTERThis event will help you build Contextual Wellbeing with the considered development of sta
and student autonomy, relationships and ongoing competency, and a clear focus on equity,
safety and inclusion. How this looks, feels and sounds, will be dependent on the unique
experiences within each classroom, staffroom and whole school community.
'What works well' and indeed, what challenges staff, students and parents varies according to
who you are and where you are. Influencing factors include type and style of your school, the
culture, the shared measures of success, and the values of everyone in the community.
Together we will create a meaningful ACTION PLAN to ensure that wellbeing
development is relatable, relevant and resonates with all those within your unique context.
We will embrace Contextual Wellbeing for both students and staff, in the reality of your daily
school life. As such, you will be encouraged to shift your attention away from the 'next big
thing' in wellbeing programs; and instead, embrace the art and science of building thriving
wellbeing communities, with an appreciative focus.

REGISTER"After fifteen years and over seventy-five successful Positive Schools conferences, I have come to believe that there is a lack of understanding about how best to support wellbeing in schools. I'm convinced the Positive Schools 2024 'Big Workshop' clearly addresses this challenge, as the most informed, comprehensive event we have ever delivered. The event will offer educators an evidence-based, dynamic, custom-made and precise set of real-world tools and ideas. Information that delegates can take into their classrooms and broader communities to ensure that they can put wellbeing successfully into action in their schools. This is not another program, nor is it an add-on initiative or passing trend. This is real-world, systemic development. If you want to understand how wellbeing in your school is experienced, and how to build it, then, Positive Schools 2024 promises to deliver like no other. "
